This project focused on a Milford chimney flashing repair to solve severe water infiltration issues. To begin with, the crew stripped away the old tar and cracked mortar. Subsequently, the team completed the Milford chimney flashing repair by installing durable, custom-fitted copper. Furthermore, the masonry underwent a full repointing process to stabilize the stack. Finally, the technicians poured a new concrete crown and added a stainless steel cap for maximum protection.
